Interview
Since escaping the corporate censorship of Fox News, Tucker Carlson has interviewed a number of interesting people and posted the videos to his popular Twitter account. On August 15, 2023 he interviewed Bobby Kennedy Jr.
Ep. 16 RFK Jr. explains Ukraine, bio-labs, and who killed his uncle
The video has received over 11m views. Unfortunately, RFK Jr's strangled voice is difficult to understand. I find it easier to watch the interview with closed captions at 2x speed, to compensate for his vocal dysphonia.
It's a long interview, and Twitter's interface makes it easy to lose one's place. Therefore I've written an edited transcript and summary of this historically-important interview.
Summary
Below is a digest of key points from the interview.
Secret Service protection withheld
RFK gets many death threats. Biden refused RFK's request for Secret Service protection – an unprecedented hardball move.
This interview was recorded on August 15, 448 days before the November 2024 election. Minor presidential candidates such as Herman Cain and Shirley Chisholm typically receive protection 500 days out. For anyone polling over 15%, it's been automatically granted – until RFK. Private security costs about $150k per month, so it has a major impact on campaign spending.
Hunter Biden gets a fat protection detail on his way to court.
MSM shills
RFK has been universally maligned in the mainstream media (MSM) via blatantly dishonest reporting due to his opposition to vaccines, which offends their major advertiser, Big Pharma. US media has undergone financial centralization. Five corporations now own all the billboards, newspapers, radio and TV stations, and most of the USA's Web content.
Ukraine neo-con
The MSM lied about the Ukraine war. The neocons aim for US global dominion. They have planned to push NATO into Ukraine since 2001. The USA has betrayed its promise to Gorbachev not to expand NATO eastwards. Instead of "not moving eastwards one inch", NATO has absorbed 1,000 miles and 14 countries of the former Soviet Union. This is why Putin calls the USA "not agreement capable".
George Kennan, Bill Perry and William J. Burns all strenuously objected to the NATO expansion. They said that moving NATO into the former Soviet Union would force Russia to go to war. It would be like Russia "allying" with Mexico and Canada, and placing nuclear-capable missile launchers within minutes of Washington DC.
The situation is comparable to the Cuban missile crisis. JFK made a secret deal to resolve the crisis: Russia would remove the missiles from Cuba, and then the USA would remove its missiles from Italy and Turkey within a month. Now the USA has again placed nuclear-capable missiles next to Russia.
The Ukraine is Russia's red line. Russia has been invaded three times via Ukraine. The last time, Hitler killed 20-40 million Russians – one out of every seven people. A third of the country was reduced to rubble and ash.
In 2014, the neocons CIA via USAID spent $5 billion on the Maidan riots, which overthrew the Ukraine's first democratic government and replaced it with a pro-US government selected by Victoria Nuland.
Nuland-Pyatt leaked phone conversation _COMPLETE with SUBTITLES | YouTube
(The CIA has overthrown 83 governments between 1947 and 1997. That's a third of the governments on Earth, and most of them were democracies.)
In response, Putin invaded Crimea to secure Vladivostok – Russia's only warm-water naval port for 347 years, where the Russian subs are based. Crimeans are ethnic Russians and welcomed the bloodless invasion.
Nuland's new government immediately banned the Russian language in Donbas and Lugansk, which are 90% Russian. Government oppression of the Russian minority commenced and quickly turned violent. Donbas and Lugansk voted 90 to 10 to join Russia.
Putin compromised via the Minsk Accords, which France and Germany also signed, making Donbas and Lugansk semi-autonomous. Ukraine refused to sign.
Zelensky, a comedian, ran for president in 2019, promising to sign the Minsk Accords. Once elected, however, he reneged – probably due to death threats from ultra-nationalist Nazis and orders from the USA.
Russia invaded Ukraine with just 40,000 troops, forcing Zelensky to the negotiating table. In March 2022, they signed the Minsk Accords 2, and Russia began to withdraw.
The next month, Biden sent Boris Johnson to torpedo the agreement. Zelensky reneged on Minsk 2, so Russia resumed the invasion.
That month, Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense under Biden, was asked, "Why are we at war with Russia in Ukraine?" He replied, "Our purpose in this war is to exhaust the Russian army, and degrade its capacity to fight anywhere else in the world."
Biden, when asked about the war in Ukraine, said, "Our purpose is regime change in Russia." So far the USA has committed $113 billion to toppling Putin.
Mitch McConnell was asked, "How can we do this, when we're cutting food stamps and Medicare to 30 million Americans?"
McConnell replied, "Don't worry, the money's not staying in Ukraine. It's all coming back to the military contractors in the United States."
The retired military officers who promote the Ukraine war on CNN typically work for military contractors: Raytheon, General Dynamics, Boeing and Lockheed. These are in turn are owned by three companies: Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard.
The Ukraine war has pushed Russia into China's arms, and Putin's back against the wall. Russia is the world's leading nuclear superpower. Russia has 1,000 more nukes than we do. They can shoot down our nukes; we can't shoot down theirs.
Russia cannot let Ukraine win. It would be like the USA losing to Mexico. Texas has the Alamo; Russia has Stalingrad. The Ukraine war has united Russia behind Putin. He now polls at 90% with every polling firm.
Thanks to sanctions, Putin is now insulated from the USA's international trade and banking system. He has a great trade agreement with China. BRICS is replacing the US reserve currency with the Russian petro currency and the Chinese Yuan. If the USA loses its reserve currency status, the Great Depression will look like a cakewalk.
Unpatriotic biowarfare
Biden has always been reliably pro-war, from Iraq to present. The neocons tricked the USA into the Iraq war by lying that:
Saddam Hussein had something to do with the World Trade Center.
Saddam sent the anthrax attacks that came five days after the World Trade Center.
The anthrax letters were sent by someone in the CIA biolab at Fort Detrick. They were sent the week after 9/11 to Patrick Leahy and Tom Daschle, the two senators who were trying to block the Patriot Act. The anthrax shut down Congress, allowing the Patriot Act to pass.
The Patriot Act did two things:
Allow intelligence agencies to spy on American citizens
Lift the 1972 ban on bioweapons development.
The Patriot Act negated the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention treaty by declaring that any federal official who violates the Convention cannot be prosecuted.
In 2001, the Pentagon began investing heavily in bioweapons. But they were nervous, because if you violate the Geneva Convention, it's a hanging offense. They weren't sure that the provision in the Patriot Act would actually hold up as a loophole to treaties that had been ratified by Congress.
So they transferred the authority for biosecurity to an agency in Health and Human Services called the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), run by Anthony Fauci.
Fauci became responsible for all bioweapons development. In return he got a 68% raise from the Pentagon. That's why he was the highest paid official in the American government.
Every bioweapon requires a vaccine. The development is side-by-side, because bioweapons always cause blowback: Your side gets sick too. So you must vaccinate before you deploy it.
A bioweapon-vaccine is developed via gain-of-function science. The pathogen's infectivity is enhanced, or it's made to jump species. Then it's made immune to common treatments such as antibiotics. 36,000 scientists are employed full time in developing these bioweapons.
Fauci's BSL 3-4 biolabs were all over the USA, many of them secret. In 2014, three pathogens escaped; this became public. Congress held hearings, and Obama signed a moratorium that shut down 18 of Fauci's worst experiments. Most of them being done in Galveston and North Carolina by a scientist named Ralph Baric.
Instead of obeying that law, Anthony Fauci shifted his operations offshore. Most of them ended up in the Wuhan Lab, which is a military lab run by the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Many also went to Ukraine. Fauci continued funding it. Most of the funding came from the Department of Defense. The biggest single funder is USAID, which is a CIA cutout.
Ralph Baric taught his NIH-funded coronavirus technology to the scientists at the Wuhan lab, including Shi Zhengli, the famous "bat lady", and her assistant Ben Hu.
Baric taught them two things:
How to engineer a spike with a furin cleavage that could attach to the ACE2 receptors in the human lungs, to make a virus airborne
Seamless ligation, which is a technique for disguising the evidence of human tampering. This makes engineered pathogens look natural.
Ben, who was leading that research, got sick with two other teammates. They ended up in the hospital with COVID symptoms in November of 2019.
The original COVID cases were along a subway line from Wuhan to the airport. Before they developed symptoms, Ben Hu and the two others rode that subway every day, infecting people.
JFK assassinated by the CIA
The men involved in the assassination of JFK were almost all associated with the CIA's Miami station, the largest CIA station at that time. This included Bill Harvey and David Atlee Phillips, who was Lee Harvey Oswald's handler at the CIA. E. Howard Hunt confessed to being in Dallas that day, as did hitman David Morales.
They were angry that JFK didn't send air cover for the Bay of Pigs invasion, and enraged after the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. JFK shut down their Alpha 66 pirate raids on Cuban and Russian shipping, and confiscated their flotilla in South Florida.
The JFK assassinations law required that all documents be released by 2017. There are 4,000 documents left. Mike Pompeo convinced Trump not to release them. Biden did the same. The individuals involved are dead, so the secret being protected is probably an institutional interest.
For a panoramic view of what happened, the best book is Jim Douglass' "JFK and the Unspeakable".
After the Warren Commission report, the lone gunman theory became official orthodoxy. The New York Times and other MSM enforced it. Anybody who challenged it was labeled a "conspiracy theorist."
In 1967, the CIA sent a telecom out to all of its Operation Mockingbird people. The CIA had over 400 assets in the American press: editors, senior editors and senior writers. The memo said, "From now on, anybody who questions the single gunman theory of the Kennedy assassination should be characterized as a conspiracy theorist."
In 1979, the House Assassinations Committee met for a year and a half, and they looked at much more evidence than the Warren Commission did, and at Allen Dulles as a suspect.
Allan Dulles was on the Warren Commission. He was the head of the CIA who JFK fired. When JFK died, Dulles said, "I'm glad that little shit is dead."
Dulles was also head of the "Warren Commission". It should've been called the "Dulles Commission". The other members of the Commission all had competing full-time jobs. The only guy who went to every meeting was Allen Dulles. He ran the entire thing.
Dulles should have been the prime suspect in the crime. During the investigation, he was communicating secretly with people in the CIA, including David Atlee Phillips and George Joannides, and with J. Edgar Hoover. The whole Warren Commission was a coordinated kabuki theater.
When Congress reinvestigated in 1979, they concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone. They declared that the conspiracy theorists were correct.
Most of the investigators thought the CIA did it. Others suspected the Mob. The Mob bosses were Johnny Roselli in Chicago, Santos Trafficante in Tampa, and Carlos Marcello in New Orleans. They all had casinos in Havana, and were working with the CIA to assassinate Castro. Some of them pivoted to work on the JFK assassination.
JFK came out of his office during the Bay of Pigs and said, "I want to take the CIA, shatter it into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds." He asked his brother RFK to run the agency, because "You're the only one I trust to do this."
However, their father vetoed it. "You can't do that. It would be like Molotov and Stalin. You can't have the brother of the president running a secret spy agency with all this extraordinarily hidden power." So JFK appointed John McCone instead.
A week before he died, JFK told a journalist he intended to separate the CIA's Plans Division from Espionage. The Plans Division handles coups, assassinations, and other dirty tricks.
Mike Pompeo told RFK Jr, "The entire upper echelon of the CIA is made up of individuals who do not believe in the democratic institutions of the United States of America."
Cartel border buses
RFK Jr's documentary "Midnight at the Border" describes how the cartels are running an underground railroad for migrants from all around the globe to cross the Mexican border.
Busloads of migrants pay the cartels $10-15k per head. Many are African, a plurality Chinese. Few have any asylum claim; they are economic migrants.
Large numbers of them get abused, extorted and exploited. Most are military-aged men. Women are systematically raped during crossing, as payment. Marketable women and children are separated from families for sale into slavery or worse.
Border Patrol can only hold illegals for 72 hours. They're fingerprinted and checked for a criminal record, then released. FEMA buys them a plane ticket to anywhere in the USA. This is Biden's open-border policy.
Illegals are given a claim, and told to appear in court. They appear at an arraignment and are given a court date, which is on average seven years out.
In so-called sanctuary cities, illegals are paid $5-6 per hour by unscrupulous employers, with no legal recourse. This drives down the wages of poor Americans.
There are an estimated 16 million illegals in America, crushing the social safety nets of cities like New York. Many mayors of sanctuary cities have changed their tune, and now want to stop the great migration. Seven million illegals have arrived in the last three years.
The cartels run the USA's immigration policy.
Democrats eat richly
The Fed and the feds have caused runaway inflation of basic food prices. Meanwhile welfare, Medicaid and food stamp programs have been reduced.
70% of US wealth is owned by Democrats, and 30% by Republicans. Nine of the top ten richest counties are Democrat. The Democratic party is no longer the party of the working class; it is now the party of the rich. RFK Jr. would like to change that.
Interview transcript
Tucker Carlson:
We decided to do the only interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. conducted in the last 15 years that doesn't mention vaccines. But if you're interested in why we have found ourselves at war with Russia, or who killed his uncle President Kennedy and why, it's worth watching!
Bobby Kennedy Jr., thank you for joining us. So I noticed when you showed up – you've been on the road for weeks, yet you had no Secret Service with you. Which is a little weird, given that your father was murdered while running for president, as you now are. Why wouldn't you have Secret Service protection?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 0:35
I did do a tweet on that, that got 30 million views, when we got rejected. We applied in May for Secret Service protection.
It used to be that Secret Service protection was only allocated to presidential nominees of the parties. After my father (who ran for U.S. Senate) was killed, they changed the law immediately, and all of the people who ran against him, including George Wallace, immediately got Secret Service protection.
The law says that you're entitled to the Secret Service protection automatically 100 days out; but the President also has discretion to give Secret Service protection to any candidate for any reason. And there are criteria, which is that you have to have 15% of polling results for a limited period of time. But he can even overrule that. For example, President Obama was given Secret Service protection, 551 days out, even though he had only about 5% support.
My Uncle Teddy was given Secret Service protection for 150 days out, even though he had not even declared for his presidency. He and Carter hated each other. Carter was the president of his own party, and Teddy had been enormously critical of him. And they had a personal antipathy for one another. He ended up running against him, and when he was moving into that decision, Carter in a very classy move, gave him Secret Service protection.
So we applied for it. I get a lot of threats, a lot of death threats. About two weeks ago, a mentally-ill person made it to the second story of my house, and that is very common. Somebody who who works for me stopped them and called the police.
Our private security service, the finest in the world, put together a 67-page report, which included 28 pages outlining the threats against me, and other issues that indicate that I should have Secret Service protection. We assumed the President would give it to me, because it seems like bad judgment not to give it to me. If you go on my Twitter feed, every 30th or 40th comments say "You're gonna get killed" or something like that.
Tucker Carlson 4:03
…plus the fact that your name is Robert F. Kennedy.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 4:07
And by the way, the Secret Service themselves were wonderful, very encouraging, helpful at every step along the way. I believe that their assumption was that we were going to receive the protection.
In fact, they told us, "We're going to send somebody out within 10 days" to do interviews. They have to tell us what it's going to look like, because there's a lot of questions about, y'know, things like, do I go to the gym, etc, all these questions that I don't know the answer to. So they have a standard process for informing the protectee. But then they went dark.
Previously they'd told us, "A decision is made very quickly, within 14 days." They'd said, "We have eight details standing by ready to go, so we can do this very quickly." But then they went dark, and for 88 days, we didn't hear from them.
Then I got a letter from Mayorcas, who's the director of DHS, saying "We've determined that you don't need Secret Service protection."
Tucker Carlson 5:27
But it's very obvious, and you've confirmed, that there are threats against your life, against your family. That's known. So if they deny you protection, and they know that, what message are they sending?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 5:41
I don't really know what they're doing. There's a guy called Jeremy Hammond, who's done a really good and thorough article about the past. Neither he nor we could find a single presidential candidate who had requested protection from the President and was denied.
Herman Cain got it, I think 500 days out. Jesse Jackson, Shirley Chisholm, George Bush, and Ronald Reagan got it 5-600 days out, when they first ran. So it's just standard operating procedure. And particularly people who are polling around anywhere over 15%, which I have been five months, it's been treated as pro forma.
I am the single outlier that we could find, that was denied Secret Service.
Tucker Carlson 6:43
Why do you think that is?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 6:45
I think the DNC is playing hardball. I think the least malevolent interpretation that you can put on it, is that they know that I will have to have some kind of security service. That would typically cost me, y'know, a real security service would cost $1-200,000 a month – because you have to pay the protectors, you have to pay for their transportation, or sometimes their cars and hotels, the food, etc. It's very expensive, because I'm traveling every day.
They probably feel they can bleed me white, by making sure that I'm not spending that money on advertising or organization, but have to spend it on my own protection instead. But I don't know, I'm just speculating.
Tucker Carlson 7:43
Does it strike you that the Biden administration pays for personal security for Zelensky but not for you?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 7:49
Well, you know, listen, John Bolton still has a secret service detail.
Tucker:
Still?
RFK Jr:
Yeah, still, and he hasn't been in government for years.
Tucker:
He didn't do a good job anyways.
RFK Jr:
You know, all the presidents' families have Secret Service details. Hunter has a secret service detail. When he goes to court every day, he has four or five cars that are coming with him in a very, very big detail.
Many ex-government officials are receiving protection, other presidential candidates and many, many other people are receiving it. And I'm really an outlier. You can look at Jeremy Hammond's report:
Tucker Carlson 8:49
That raises the larger question. You're running against Biden, right. So obviously, you're not on his Christmas card list anymore. But it does raise the bigger question. Why do people in Washington have this not just in government, but also in media have this kind of special loathing for you, this hatred?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 9:08
I don't know that. I cannot answer that question. I'm shocked. Even though I've been maligned for many years because of my position on vaccines, the uniformity of vitriol against me in the mainstream media, and the dishonesty that virtually every article contains – not just mischaracterizations, but also outright lies – things that any fact checker could look up and determine were not true. They're all are doing it, whether it's Vanity Fair, or the Atlantic Monthly, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe. There's virtually no exception.
Tucker Carlson 10:01
What do you think your your crime is?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 10:03
I can't explain it. At some point somebody will explain it in a way that makes sense.
It seems to me that there's been a political alignment that started with Fox News, back when Roger (Ailes) was running things there. He overtly made it a political network. He aligned it with the Republican Party, and said, "We're going to push their agenda."
That was considered to be a journalistic ethical breach. The networks were supposed to at least pretend neutrality, and the newspapers as well.
I think the business model worked so well for Fox, that MSNBC and CNN adopted the same model.
There's been this big consolidation in the media. There really is no independent media left. Every newspaper in this country, every radio station, every TV station, almost all the billboards, and most of the large Internet content providers are now owned by five companies. That was illegal under the 1928 Communications Radio Act.
The profit models for Wall Street – BlackRock and Vanguard – the newspapers have become business profit centers, and they've aligned themselves with the DNC or the RNC.
Though that's probably not a very good answer.
Tucker Carlson 12:01
Its effect is to ignore stories that are objectively the most important stories. There's no denying that the war in Ukraine is changing the world and will change history. Most of the other stuff is a footnote; Ukraine is a book. And yet there's no coverage.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 12:23
Ukraine is much more consequential. We're being lied to about it. We were lied to from the beginning.
We got this comic book depiction, which we see on every war. There's a bad guy who's "unspeakably evil", who's "planning world conquest" or "terrorist attacks" on America. And we have to be the good guys to stop him.
Ukraine is much more complex than that. The neocons in the White House since 2001 have been talking about putting NATO into Ukraine. I'll give you some background.
In 1992, the Wall came down and the Soviet Union collapsed. Gorbachev went to Tony Blair and to President Bush, the UK PM and US president, and said, I'm going to do something extraordinary, that basically is going to have the rest of Russian history branding me as a traitor to my country. I will withdraw 400,000 Soviet troops from East Germany, and allow you to reunify Germany under NATO troops. So you're going to move NATO troops, a hostile force, into our barracks.
In return, the only commitment I want from you is that once I allow Germany to reunify to become part of NATO, you will never move NATO further to the east. Because we're going to now release all of these Soviet states that were part of the Soviet Union. They will become independent states, and we don't want NATO moving into those.
James Baker, who was the secretary of state at that time, famously said, "We promise we will not move NATO one inch to the east." Gorbachev followed through, and he's now despised in Russia.
In 1996-7, so 5 years later, the neocons rose to power in DC. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the father of the neocon movement, which included Donald Rumsfeld, Jonathan Yu, Paul Wolfowitz, Robert Kagan, and Victoria Nuland, who's Kagan's wife and now one of the top State Department officials.
Neocons believed that the US had won the Cold War, and that victory gave us the privilege of dominating the world using our superior military uni-power status for the next century. Their principal blueprint document is called Project for the New American Century (PNAC). In other words, America would own the 21st century.
Brzezinski said, "Ok, we should start this process, by moving into all the former satellite states." This is 1997.
George Kennan was still around. He was the principal architect of the Cold War containment policy. He's arguably the most important, most respected diplomat and statesman in American history. He said, "If you do that, you are going to provoke a violent response from Russia. They cannot live with NATO on their borders. They cannot, any more than we would live with a Soviet alliance in Mexico and Canada."
At that time, Bill Perry was was Clinton's Secretary of State. Bill Perry said, "If you do this, if you go forward with this plan, I'm going to resign, because it's so foolhardy. You are forcing Russia into a violent military response."
The US ambassador to the Soviet Union at that time, who is now head of the of the CIA, said the same thing. "It's the worst mistake America can make to move NATO to the east."
So we went ahead and did it. We moved it – not one inch, but 1,000 miles, 14 countries. Then we put nuclear-ready missile launchers – Aegis missile systems, which are made by Lockheed and can take Tomahawk missiles, 12 minutes from Moscow. We could, in 12 minutes, decapitate the entire leadership of Russia. We put those in Poland and Romania. Then we tried to move into Ukraine.
You remember when my uncle (President JFK), when Russia put up put nuclear missile systems in Cuba, my uncle would have had to invade. The reason that Russia put them there was because we put nukes – Jupiter missiles – in Turkey and Italy.
My uncle and father made a secret deal with Soviet Ambassador Dobrynin, where they said, "We understand you're angry; you cannot live with Jupiter missiles in Turkey and that's why you put your missiles in Cuba. If you remove your missiles from Cuba, within six months, we will remove our missiles from Turkey. (But nobody announced the deal publicly.) And that's what happened.
We've again put nuclear-ready missile systems right next to Russia. And now we want to cross what Putin has repeatedly said is a red line. Even before Putin, the Russian leadership was saying it is a red line: You cannot go into Ukraine.
Our country has never been invaded. The Russians have been invaded three times from the Ukraine. The last time they were invaded, Hitler killed 20-40 million Russians. Hitler killed one out of every seven Russians.
In my uncle's most famous speech, to an American university in July of 1963, he said to the American people, "We are all taught that we won WW2, but we didn't win WW2. The Russians won it. And the sacrifice they made to destroy Hitler was beyond anything Americans can imagine." He was trying to tell the American people: You have to put yourselves in their position, to understand what they're doing.
And he said, "A third of the country was destroyed – the cities were leveled, the forests and fields were burned." Imagine if that happened from the east coast of the United States – every city, forest and field from here to Chicago – that's what the Russians endured. We have to understand the fact that Ukraine is a red line! The invasion came through Ukraine, and they can't live with it. It's a security issue for them that is almost beyond our comprehension.
Tucker Carlson 20:20
So that suggests the point is war with Russia!
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 20:23
The point was war with Russia. And in fact, the neocons said that again and again! And Biden, when he was out there – and let me get back to that, because that is absolutely true.
Well, first of all, in 2014, in modern history there were riots called the Maidan rebellion in Ukraine. People weren't told that the USA financed those riots. The newspapers never told us; our government never told us. USAID, which is a CIA front, put $5 billion into funding those riots.
Those riots led to a coup d'etat against the first democratically-elected leader of Ukraine. It was a government that refused to choose sides and say, "We're going to be on the side of the West." So the neocons wanted them out. A month before Ukraine's government was overthrown, Victoria Nuland who is a centerpiece of neocon ideology, and who is now a high-level official into the State Department, had a secret call with the US ambassador, which was tape-recorded and is now public – anybody can go and look up – where she is picking the new cabinet for Ukraine, a pro-US Cabinet. They were picking the new government a month before the old government was overthrown!
Tucker Carlson 21:58
Is that democracy, when Victoria Nuland picks your government?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 22:01
Well, that's the point: The CIA and USAID, they don't do democracy. The CIA has overthrown I think 83 governments between 1947 and 1997. That's a third of the governments on Earth, and most of them were democracies.
No, it doesn't do democracy; it does coup d'etat.
So we installed a pro-US regime in Ukraine first. Now everybody says, "Russia started this by invading Crimea." But put yourself in Putin's shoes.
And I'm not an apologist for Putin, by the way. He went into Ukraine; that was illegal. My son went over there and fought against it and risked his life in the Kharkiv rebellion. I'm not making excuses for Putin. What he did was brutal, it was illegal, and it was unnecessary. But we have to understand our role in the provocations.
If you're in Putin's position, you're looking at Ukraine run by a pro-US government. What's the first thing he thinks: "They're gonna take Vladivostok." Which is the port in the Crimea, on the Black Sea, which has been a Russian port, their only warm-water port, for 347 years. It's where the Russian Navy has their sub bases, everything's there. Putin thinks, "Now this new government is going to invite the US Navy in to take over our port. We gotta go in there and take it back."
So he goes into Crimea. He goes in and takes Crimea without firing a shot or killing a single person. The Crimean population is largely Russian, and they welcomed the invasion. Again, I'm not making excuses for him, but I'm saying we have to understand. My uncle always said, "We have to understand the position of our adversaries, and what forces are they dealing with."
As soon as we installed the new Ukrainian government, the first rule they passed was to make the Russian language essentially illegal in Donbas and Lugansk, where 90% of the population is Russian. There was a peaceful uprising, but it turned violent and people started dying. Which side started the violence is disputed, but what's not disputed is that the ethnic Russian population in Ukraine were being treated like redheaded stepchildren. They were slapped around, abused, and not allowed to practice their culture, their language, etc.
So Donbas and Lugansk held a referendum, and they voted 90 to 10 to join Russia.
Putin said, "No, I don't want you, but let's sign an agreement to protect you." So they put together an agreement with France, Germany and Russia, called the Minsk Accords. The Minsk Accords say, "Leave Donbas and Lugansk as part of Ukraine, but make them semi-autonomous, so they can speak their own language, and so the Russians who live there are protected from violence by their own government."
The Ukrainian parliament refused to ratify the Minsk Accords, but France agreed to it, Germany agreed to it, and Putin agreed to it.
Then Zelensky ran for president in 2019. Zelensky was a comedian and an actor. I'm not saying that in a derogatory way, because my wife is a comedian, an actor. I'm saying it, because here's a guy with no political background, who wins the election with 90% of the vote. Why did he win the election? He won because he ran on a peace platform. He ran promising that he would sign the Minsk Accords.
He gets into office. The minute he gets there – and he's told everybody, "I'm going to start the Minsk Accords and settle the peace with Russia." But he suddenly pivots. We don't know what happened, but the rational assumption is that the US government told him he could not do that.
Victoria Nuland, Anthony Blinken, and Avril Haynes, who's the Director of National Intelligence, told Zelensky, "You cannot have peace with Russia." Plus, ultra-nationalists within Ukraine told him, "If you sign that, we're gonna kill you." These death threats are pretty well-documented.
THEN Russia invades. And we say, "Oh look, Putin is trying to take over Europe!" But Russia only sent in 40,000 troops. I think there's 3.5 million people in Kiev alone. So Russia clearly did not want to take the country.
Putin wanted to bring people to the negotiating table. He did not send enough troops to take all of Ukraine.
So in the end, Zelensky came to the negotiating table. In March of 2022, Zelensky and Putin agreed on a peace agreement that's based upon the Minsk Accords. It's like the Minsk Accords 2.0. Zelensky initialed it, Russia initialed it, and Russia began withdrawing troops from Ukraine.
And what happened? In April, President Biden sent Boris Johnson over to torpedo the agreement, and make Zelensky tear it up. And then we went to war. 350,000 Ukrainian kids are now dead, plus 40 or 50,000 Russians.
They signed in March, April Boris Johnson was sent over. That month, Lloyd Austin, who is the Secretary of Defense under Biden, was asked, "Why are we at war with Russia in Ukraine?" He replied, "Our purpose in this war is to exhaust the Russian army, and degrade its capacity to fight anywhere else in the world." Biden, when asked once about the war in Ukraine, said "Our purpose is regime change in Russia."
That is what the media's not telling us. That has nothing to do with Ukraine. That means that Ukraine is merely a proxy in the struggle between two superpowers: Russia and the United States.
We've now committed $113 billion. Just to put that in perspective, the total budget of the EPA is $12 billion. The total budget of the CDC is $12 billion. We're sending $113 billion over.
Mitch McConnell was asked, "How can we do this, when we're cutting food stamps and Medicare to 30 million Americans?" I think 15 million Americans are without health insurance. How can we spend $100-130 billion in Ukraine? With that money, we wouldn't have had to cut a single food stamp payment.
McConnell replied, "Well don't worry, the money's not staying in Ukraine. It's all coming back to the military contractors in the United States."
So that's interesting: When then you look at who owns those military contractors, and you see who gets on CNN to pump up the Ukraine war – it's a bunch of former generals and colonels and Pentagon people.
CNN and MSNBC never tell you this, but if you look at those guys, they're all people who work for Raytheon, General Dynamics, Boeing and Lockheed. So they're generals, but they're not identified as actually working for the military contractors who are cashing in on the war.
All of those military contractors are in turn are owned by three companies: Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard.
Inflationary money printing funded the $16 trillion we spent on the Covid lockdowns, the $8 trillion we've spent on these wars since 2020 – all of them losing wars, that made our country less safe.
Look at what this war is doing. We have pushed Russia into the embrace of China, which is the worst foreign policy outcome imaginable. It is not good for the national security of our country. And we now have Putin's back to the wall.
Well, Russia is the world's leading nuclear superpower. We aren't. Russia has 1,000 more nukes than we do, and their nukes are much better than ours. They can shoot down our nukes; we can't shoot down theirs.
We are provoking a confrontation that could very easily lead to a nuclear war.
Tucker Carlson 32:03
Can I just pause you here for a second? Everything you've said is checkable and rational, and you're extrapolating out toward a future which is easy to envision. I don't understand how our policymakers aren't reaching the same conclusions you just reached. Do they think war with Russia is a war we're going to win?!
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 32:22
We cannot win this war.
Tucker Carlson 32:24
Well of course! So what are they doing? I don't understand.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 32:25
It would be like Mexico beating us in a war. They're not gonna let Ukraine win; they cannot lose this war.
Anybody who thinks Russia is not up to war, go look at the Netflix documentary on Stalingrad. Look at the sacrifice Russians were willing to make. Putin today – you know, we thought this was going hurt him – he's more popular than he's ever been. If you ask polling firms, all of them show him polling at 90% popularity in Russia. The Russians are supporting him.
We were going to break him with the sanctions – it did the opposite. We made him more powerful. He's now insulated from trade and the international banking system. He's now got this great trade agreement with China. He's now engineering the creation of BRICS, which has 40 leading nations around the world turning against the US currency as a reserve currency and adopting his petro currency, the Chinese currency. That is the worst threat to the United States. If we lose that status as the world's reserve currency, the Great Depression will look like a cakewalk.
Tucker Carlson 33:40
So I agree with all of that. Your position to my ears sounds moderate and obvious. I just don't understand how the Secretary of State, how the President, how his competent advisors haven't reached the same conclusions. What are they thinking?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 33:59
Well unfortunately, I share your sense of mystery about that.
Tucker Carlson 34:09
Cuz what you're saying is not crazy. It's not some far-out theory.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 34:13
The only way I can explain it – and I don't like to look in other people's heads, and guess why they're doing one thing or another. But President Biden has always been a very pro-war president. He was the one senator that stood out supporting the Iraq War. My uncle, and Obama, and Hillary also, but Biden has always been a reliable, gung-ho, let's-go-to-war guy. It's consistent with his historical instincts. He's surrounded by the same people who got us in the Iraq War.
Let me go through what happened in Iraq. Just give me one minute to summarize.
We were tricked into Iraq by the neocons, who told us that
Saddam Hussein had something to do with the World Trade Center, which was a lie;
he had planted the anthrax attacks that came five days after the World Trade Center, which was a lie.
That turned out to be the intelligence agencies in the US military at Fort Dietrick. That anthrax, the FBI found came from Fort Detrick. So somebody in the US government sent it to Patrick Leahy and Tom Daschle, who were the two senators in the week after 9/11, who were trying to block the Patriot Act. The anthrax shut down Congress, and then the Patriot Act went through.
Tucker:
Wait a minute, really!?
RFK Jr:
Yes. The FBI after a year of investigation, traced the anthrax. It was a kind of Ames anthrax, that was weaponized. The only possible source of that in the world is the US government. They traced it to the CIA bio lab at Fort Dietrick.
So somebody sent the anthrax at the time the Patriot Act was being debated. The two leading guys who were blocking it were magically the recipients of it. It shut down Congress; the Patriot Act went through.
The Patriot Act did two things:
It basically got rid of a large part of the United States Constitution Bill of Rights, and allowed spying by intelligence agencies on the American people;
It reopened the bioweapons arms race, because bioweapons were shut down in 1969.
Nixon did this incredible thing by closing Fort Dietrick, shutting them down, and saying, "We're no longer making bioweapons." Then he got everybody to sign a treaty in 1973 to ban bioweapons.
The Patriot Act has a provision in it that says, "We're not walking away from the Geneva Convention." (It's a hanging offense to develop bioweapons.) "We're not walking away from from the weapons charter of 1973, but we are adopting a new rule: Any federal official who violates those acts cannot be prosecuted."
So it reopened biowarfare, effectively.
Tucker Carlson 37:31
(laughs) A crime without a punishment!
That's an interesting segue, because Victoria Nuland blithely announced during congressional testimony last year that "Oh by the way, we have these biolabs in Ukraine."
And that was kind of ignored, and the people who covered it got attacked for covering it. But the fact remains, there are US biolabs in Ukraine. Why would we have biolabs in Ukraine?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 37:59
We have biolabs in Ukraine because we're developing bioweapons. And those bioweapons are using all kinds of new synthetic biology and CRISPR technology and genetic engineering techniques that were not available to previous generations. And they can make frightening, frightening stuff.
When the Patriot Act reopened the biolabs arms race in 2001, the Pentagon began putting a lot of money into bioweapons. But they were nervous at the time, because if you violate the Geneva Convention, it's a hanging offense. They weren't sure that the provision in the Patriot Act would actually hold up as a loophole to treaties that had been ratified by Congress. So they were nervous about actually going full force into bioweapons development.
So they transferred the authority for biosecurity to one agency in the Health and Human Services called the National Institute for Infectious and Allergic Diseases, run by Anthony Fauci.
So Anthony Fauci got all the responsibility for bioweapons development. He got a 68% raise from the Pentagon in order to do that work. That's why he was the highest paid official in the American government. He gets paid the most out of the 4 million people in the American federal government. He got more money than the $450,000 a year for the President, or for any Supreme Court Justice, any member of Congress. He was the highest paid.
Every bioweapon needs a vaccine. The development is side-by-side, because in 100% of the cases where you deploy a bioweapon, there's blowback: Your side also gets sick. So in order to deploy one offensively, you need a vaccine to counter it. You need to vaccinate your team before you deploy it.
Those two things are are developed through a field of science called gain-of-function science, where you take an infectious microbe and you amplify its infectivity, or you make it jump species. So it may kill monkeys, now you make it kill humans. There's all kinds of methods. Then you make it immune to antibiotics, therapeutic drugs and other therapies.
So it's actually the inverse of medicine. For 2,800 years since Hippocrates, doctors have been trying to make microbes less infectious and less deadly, and developed antibiotics and therapeutics to do that. Well, the guys that were involved in this – there's 36,000 what are called life scientists, but they're actually death scientists – are employed full time in developing microbes that can be used to kill people.
Tucker Carlson 41:12
But given the experience we just had three years ago, where a virus from a biolab upturned the world…
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 41:19
Yeah, so let me just finish this brief history about what happened. In 2014, three of those microbes escaped. Fauci labs are all over the country, in Galveston, in Boston, and everywhere. They're BSL-3 or 4 labs. We don't even know how many there are.
We have a book coming out that goes through the ones we know. But there are many secret ones that people don't know about. And they're doing it here in the United States.
In 2014, three bugs escaped from three different labs. And they were high-profile breaks, and they were very dangerous: I think it was smallpox, and a couple of other bad, bad microbes. The public learned about it, and there was a lot of publicity. Congress held hearings.
300 scientists wrote President Obama and said, "You've got to shut down Anthony Fauci, because he's going to create a microbe that will cause a global pandemic." And so Obama signed a moratorium that shut down the 18 worst of Anthony Fauci's experiments. Most of them were taking place in Galveston and in North Carolina by a scientist called Ralph Baric down there.
Instead of obeying that law, Anthony Fauci shifted a lot of his operations offshore. Most of them ended up in the Wuhan Lab, which is a military lab run by the Chinese People's Liberation Army. A lot of them also went to Ukraine. Fauci was funding a lot of that science.
Other government agencies began to get confidence in their ability to get away with it. Most of it is being funded by the Department of Defense. The biggest single funder is USAID, which is a CIA cutout.
Tucker Carlson 43:24
Do you think the lab leak was a leak, or was it intentional?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 43:28
The best evidence indicates that the people who were working on a particular coronavirus technology taught by Ralph Baric, that was developed by the US government with NIH money. It was taught to a group of scientists: Shi Zhengli, who's the famous "bat lady", and her assistant Ben Hu, and a couple of other scientists at the Wuhan lab.
Baric taught them two things:
How to engineer a spike with a furin cleavage that could attach to the ACE2 receptors in the human lungs and make people sick and spread through the air.
He taught them another trick that has nothing to do with public health. It's a technique called seamless ligation, which is a technique for disguising the evidence of human tampering. You can make the microbe, and then erase the evidence that human beings actually made that microbe.
Ben, who was leading that research, got sick with two other of his fellow researchers. They ended up in the hospital with COVID symptoms in November of 2019.
It appears that the original cases were along a subway line from Wuhan to the airport. The intelligence agencies that are actually being honest about that – and most of them are not – believe that Ben Hu and two other researchers got sick; they didn't know it; they were riding that subway line every day infecting people, even before they actually got symptoms. That's probably what happened, but nobody knows.
Tucker Carlson 45:44
You've said a number of times, many times publicly, and I think it's now been confirmed, that the CIA at best had knowledge of your uncle's assassination. It's still being hidden now. What do you think the motive was in that killing?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 46:03
I think the specific people who were involved in it were almost all associated with the CIA's Miami station, the largest CIA station at that time. It was basically the Cuban station. The people who were involved in that station were people like Bill Harvey and David Atlee Phillips, who was clearly involved in my uncle's assassination. He was Lee Harvey Oswald's handler at the CIA.
E. Howard Hunt made a confession of being in Dallas. David Morales, the chief hitman – he ran the Operation Phoenix program in Vietnam, murdered 10,000 civilians over there – he confessed to being in Dallas. Most of these people were associated with Cuba.
The impetus came from that group of people, who were angry at my uncle for not sending in air cover during the Bay of Pigs invasion, and even more so after the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. My uncle then developed this friendship with Khrushchev, and he shut down all of the Cuban attacks by Alpha 66.
These other groups that were harassing Cuba – they were sinking Russian ships; they were operating flotillas out of South Florida and doing raids. My uncle and father sent the Coast Guard down to confiscate their boats and their weaponry, and to arrest the ones that continued to do it. Those individuals have been traced and tracked as part of the assassination. Over the years, there have been millions of documents put together about this.
Tucker Carlson 48:07
Why not release them? What doesn't make sense to me is, why not just admit it now? No one you describe would still be alive. Why wouldn't Biden declassify?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 48:22
I don't know why, and why wouldn't Trump?
Tucker Carlson 48:24
I agree. I know why Trump wouldn't: Because he was convinced by Mike Pompeo not to.
And it's not an excuse; he should've.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 48:34
We don't know what Mike Pompeo said to him.
Tucker:
No, but that's the point! What could possibly be the…
RFK Jr:
The law requires them to do it. The JFK assassinations law required that all documents be released by 2017.
Tucker:
Yeah.
RFK Jr:
And yet they refused.
Tucker:
But it suggests that there's something big there.
RFK Jr:
There's about 4,000 of them left.
Again, I try not to talk about things that I cannot document, but I think there's a fair assumption that they're not protecting individuals; they're protecting some institutional interest.
Tucker Carlson 49:19
What's the most powerful institution in America?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 49:21
Well, again, I'm not going to, you know, I don't know. I don't know.
Tucker Carlson 49:27
You don't know. But there must be something, because why wouldn't they just release…
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 49:33
And by the way, you and I having this conversation about who did the assassination, and why they did it: The stuff that I've told you, I've tried to stick to things that are documented: the names, etc.
For people who want a panoramic view of what happened, I think the best book that's been written about this is Jim Douglass's book, which is called "JFK and the Unspeakable".
After the Warren Commission report, that became the orthodoxy. The New York Times and all the major news organizations have enforced that orthodoxy. Anybody who challenges that orthodoxy becomes a "conspiracy theorist."
In fact, in 1967, the CIA sent a telecom out to all of its Operation Mockingbird people – all the assets they had in the American press, more than 400 people: editors, senior editors and senior writers: "From now on anybody who questions the single gunman theory of the Kennedy assassination should be characterized as a conspiracy theorist."
They didn't coin the term "conspiracy theory", but they popularized it with that memo. They sent it out to all their stations, saying that talk should be discouraged.
After that, in 1979, the House Assassinations Committee met for a year and a half, and they looked at much more evidence than the Warren Commission did, including Allen Dulles.
Allan Dulles was on the Warren Commission. He was the head of the CIA who my uncle fired. When my uncle died, Dulles said, "I'm glad that little shit is dead." He thought he was a god.
He was made head of the Warren Commission. It shouldn't have been called the Warren Commission, it should have been called the Dulles Commission. Earl Warren had a full time job in the Supreme Court. The other guys on the Warren Commission had full time jobs; they were Senators and Congressmen. The only guy who went to every meeting and looked at every piece of evidence and develop the questions for the witnesses was Allen Dulles. He ran the entire Warren Commission.
Dulles should have been the prime suspect in the crime. He was communicating secretly with people in the CIA: with David Atlee Phillips, with George Joannides, who was the CIA liaison, telling them what questions were going to be asked, what they should reveal, and with J. Edgar Hoover at the same time. The whole thing was a coordinated kind of kabuki theater.
Then Congress went back and investigated it in 1979, and after a year and a half, seeing a lot more stuff, they concluded that this was a conspiracy. Yes, they made that official: Anybody who says it was just Harvey Oswald is differing from the people who actually did the investigation.
Most of the people on that staff who I've talked to believe that it was the CIA. As you know, at that time, the dispute was whether the mob or the CIA was responsible, because there was a lot of mob involvement. Johnny Roselli was the Chicago boss, Santos Trafficante was the Tampa boss, and Carlos Marcello the New Orleans boss.
They were all involved. They all had casinos in Havana. They were working with the CIA to assassinate Castro. They had a hitman at their disposal, and they were training Cuban sharpshooters for Batista.
I've talked to some of the hitmen. I've talked to Antonio Vagiano, who was handled by David Atlee Phillips, who was also Lee Harvey Oswald's handler. Vagiano met Oswald in Dallas, I think in September of 1963.
I've talked to the people who were actually working for the CIA and the mob at that time, to kill Castro, and how some of them were then pivoted to this new project.
Tucker Carlson 54:13
If you become president, what would you do about those 4 million federal employees, about the agencies which are effectively operating as autonomous governments within our government? Who was the last president who controlled the agencies, and how would you do it?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 54:32
I don't know. I don't want to seem like I'm being vain. Because of the confluence of my experiences over the past four years, I'm probably the only one that can unravel that agency capture.
My daughter in law, who is co-running my campaign with Dennis Kucinich, Amaryllis Fox, was a CIA agent in the Clandestine Service for most of her career. What she'll tell you – and she has a very sanguine view of the CIA, the same as mine, and also understands all this evidence that the agency is involved in the murder of my uncle, and continues to be involved in the cover up –
of the 24,000 people who work for the agency, 20,000 of them are patriotic Americans and good public servants. The Espionage Division of the CIA is made up of extraordinary people who are doing an important job of protecting our country. It's the division that does information gathering and analysis which the President needs.
The Plans Division, the Action Division, they are the ones who assassinate people, fix elections, overthrow governments, and do all the things that we're paying for in our foreign policy and our domestic policy.
My father was going to separate those divisions. My uncle ultimately was going to do that.
My uncle (JFK) came out of his office during the Bay of Pigs, and said, "I want to take the CIA, shatter it into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds." He then asked my father to run the agency. He said, "You're the only one I trust to do this."
But my grandfather said, "You can't do that. It would be like Molotov and Stalin. You can't have the brother of the president running a secret spy agency with all this extraordinarily hidden power."
So they got John McCone to run it, but he was not able to handle it. My father, a week before he died, told one of his closest friends, Pete Hamill, who you may know…
Tucker Carlson 57:06
Pete Hamill the journalist?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 57:10
Yes, Pete asked him, "What are you going to do about the CIA?" My father replied, "I'm going to separate the Plans Division from Espionage."
And that's the only way to make it work. That would make a lot of sense today.
Incidentally, I had dinner with Mike Pompeo, I don't know three weeks ago, and he said something really interesting to me.
Tucker Carlson 57:31
You had dinner with Mike Pompeo?
Tucker:
What was that like?
RFK Jr:
It was the weirdest dinner I've ever been to. If I told you the other people at that dinner…
Tucker Carlson 57:45
Because I just can't imagine. I'm not attacking Mike Pompeo, but I can't imagine two people with more different views.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 57:52
I may have a natal hostility toward Mike Pompeo, but I never knew him. He was a CIA director, and he was Secretary of State under Trump.
He's an interesting guy who's smart, very smart. I think he went to Harvard Law School. He did Harvard undergrad, and I think he was a military officer.
On paper he's kind of a great American. His CV is extraordinary. You never know. You make judgments about people before you meet them. My judgment about him, I still don't know what to think of him. But this is what he said…
Tucker Carlson 58:44
So you wound up at dinner, I'm sorry. Bobby Kennedy, Mike Pompeo in Vegas. If I'd stumbled across that, I would have stopped.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 58:51
It wasn't just the two of us. The rest of the group makes the story even weirder. I don't know if I'll even go there.
I had a moment with him, and he said to me, "You know, when I was at the CIA, I did not do what I should have done to fix that agency." He was expressing regret. He turned to me and looked me dead in the eye and said, "The entire upper echelon of that agency is made up of individuals who do not believe in the democratic institutions of the United States of America." That's a quote.
Tucker Carlson 59:41
It was Mike Pompeo who convinced Trump not to release the files.
It was a guy who worked for Mike Pompeo who texted me the day after I revealed that those files showed CIA complicity in your uncle's death – which they do, because I talked to someone who read them. I said that on Fox News, and then I got a text from a guy who works for Mike Pompeo, informing me that I was breaking federal law, and that anyone who had told me that was a felon, because we had revealed classified information.
I said, "Wait a second, that classified information suggests the US government was involved in the murder of an American president."
Yeah, that's Mike Pompeo's position on that. Yeah. So it's a little bit weird for him to say.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:00:25
Well, there's a billion documents that are classified.
Tucker Carlson 1:00:28
Yeah, I know.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:00:29
So, they can call it, they can stamp that stamp on anything they want to. That's a lawyer's trick, you know.
Tucker Carlson 1:00:36
And he was also behind convincing Trump not to pardon Assange.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:00:42
Well, y'know, that confirms my earlier assessment of Mike Pompeo.
Tucker Carlson 1:00:49
(laughs) That's interesting that you like him. No, it says a lot.
There's a documentary called Midnight at the Border, about your visit to the border, California, Arizona border of Mexico. I just want to play a clip from it, for people who haven't seen it.
Senegalese refugee to RFK Jr 1:01:05
I did two weeks, traveled from Senegal, to Nicaragua, after Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, moving to New York to join my uncle. My dream is to live the dream American, to live in America, to work and to help my family.
Immigration official speaking to RFK Jr 1:01:26
They coordinate with the airport in Phoenix, and out they go to the final destination the same day.
Immigrant to RFK Jr 1:01:33
Yeah, I hope to begin a new life. Yeah, my brother Lucia. He's a citizen. Good luck, goodbye.
Immigration official speaking to RFK Jr 1:01:45
Most bring the money or have a sponsor that buys their ticket.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:01:48
What happens if a family doesn't have the money to buy a ticket?
Immigration official 1:01:54
Oh, well FEMA reimburses that. We can buy that ticket.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:01:59
You buy the tickets for them?
Tucker Carlson 1:02:01
What did you learn from that?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:02:03
What I saw was so extraordinary, it took me three days to even understand what I was looking at.
Because the first night I landed, I went to Yuma and I got to the wall at 2:00 am. I watched the first group – there's a gap in the wall there, and I watched the first group come across, which was about 110 men from West Africa, mainly from Ghana. They're all military age men from Ghana.
(By calling them military aged men, I'm not making implications about what they're here for, it's just a way of describing them. They were people, you know, between 18 and 25.)
So I expected to see a lot of Central Americans coming up, but that was not what I saw. The next group was, again, about that same number. There were two busloads of people. I interviewed every one of them.
What we're seeing there… A lot of people come to this issue saying, "We need to build the wall. We need to close the border right now." A lot of people come to this issue from a nationalistic or even a racist or xenophobic place. I'm not coming from that place. I'm coming from a place of compassion, and a place of concern for our country.
This is a heartbreaking humanitarian crisis, and everything that happens to these migrants along the way is terrible. What's happening to our country is a catastrophe. By the way, I was a person who ridiculed Trump's wall. Okay, so now I've been down there, and I've talked to everybody down there, and I have a different position. I don't think you need to build a 2200 mile physical barrier from San Diego to Brownsville, Texas, but we definitely need physical barriers in densely populated areas. We cannot survive what's happening there now.
The next group that came over, again about 110 people in two busloads, the cartels dropped them right on the other side of the wall in these buses, 55 people per bus. There were people from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tibet, Nepal, many from India. The most came from China.
There were only two families we met the entire night who were from from Latin America, none from Central America. One was from Colombia, one from Peru, and they were the only ones who had legitimate asylum claims. Everybody else we talked to said, "I'm here to have a better life." If that's why you're coming to America, you have to go through the front door, the embassy.
They don't even have any legitimate claim to be in the United States. Nevertheless, the Border Patrol – the Border Patrol is so disillusioned, nine of the Border Patrol had committed suicide in the last year because of what they're being forced to do, not protecting the border.
Border Patrol can only hold the migrants for 72 hours. Migrants are fingerprinted and checked for criminal record. If so, they're put in a different process. Otherwise, they're then asked where they want to go. If they don't have a plane ticket, they're brought to the airport. DHS purchases them a ticket, and sends them anywhere they want to go in the United States.
Tucker Carlson 1:06:23
Our country is getting poorer every year. We're in a poor place right now. Why do we owe plane tickets people who come here illegally?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:06:33
As far as I can tell – and there's a lot of evidence for this, it's in our film – the Biden administration came in with the same position I had, which is the wall is bad. But more more importantly, any idea that Donald Trump had is a bad idea.
They just opened the border, and they've had this open border policy, where they have not hired the judges. That's the most important thing that needs to be done. The judges need to be hired so that the asylum cases can be adjudicated right at the border, and people who are not entitled to asylum sent back. But that's not happening.
What happens is, they're all given claims, and they're told to appear in court. They go to an arraignment fairly soon after arriving in Boston or New York or Miami or Minneapolis or wherever they're going. Then they're given a court date, which on average is seven years out.
Tucker Carlson 1:07:44
I hope next time I get arrested, I get the same courtesy.

They're in our country then for seven years. The cartels are now controlling our immigration policy in the United States.
All of these people who came across, knew exactly what was going to happen to them, because they had seen it on advertisements the cartels are sending around the world on TikTok and on YouTube, that tell what you need to do to get in: What airports you fly into, what visas you need to get, and directions to the cartel parking lots where the buses will take you across.
Some fly in to Nicaragua Most of them fly directly to Mexico City, and from anywhere in the world. These are not Central Americans or Latin Americans. They're coming from everywhere.
They fly to Mexico City; the cartels assist them getting a Mexican visa. Then they are put on a domestic flight to Mexicali. At Mexicali there's a big parking lot with buses operated by the cartels.
The cartels charge between $10,000 and $15,000 apiece to get through. Then they drive them up to the wall and unload them. We watched them unloading them on the other side. Large numbers of them get abused, extorted and exploited. They get robbed, raped and beaten. A Peruvian family that I met had every penny taken from them. He said, "My whole life savings was taken from me."
There's a tree that we could see from where we were. It is called the "rape tree", where the cartels extract final payment from women who are crossing the border.
If there are attractive women – and I don't mean physically attractive, but attractive for whatever their purpose is, to sell or to traffic or whatever – or children, those are separated out. We met a Colombian family who had lost a teenage girl. The father was desperate. She had been separated from them by the cartels before they passed.
85,000 children have disappeared in this process. It's monstrous.
Let me tell you this. They get into our country, and there's a lot of people who are well-meaning, mainly liberal people, who see themselves as deeply caring people, who say, "We have sanctuary cities. These people should be treated with dignity."
But what really happens to the migrants in real life, is that they get here, and then are here for seven years. None of them are legal. So they are now subject to terrible exploitation by unscrupulous employers all over this country. They're getting paid $6 or $5 an hour, because they have no leverage with their employer. That damages the wages of every other American.
Tucker Carlson 1:11:05
That's exactly right. It steals the leverage from American workers too!
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:11:08
There's 16 million illegals up here. They're crushing the social safety systems and social safety nets in cities like New York.
95,000 have landed in New York. New York is now thinking of turning Roosevelt Island into an open air refugee camp. There's a proposal on Bloomberg of turning Central Park or parts of it into open air camps for migrants. Mayor Eric Adams has been saying, "This has got to end. We have to close the border."
A lot of mayors who were saying, "We're sanctuary cities," are now seeing what it really means. It does not mean humans treating people humanely. It is the worst possible thing we can do.
Meanwhile, 7 million illegals have come across in three years. In that same time, there's only been 3.1 million legal immigrants, people who waited in line. For every one of them, there are more than two illegal ones coming across and taking those places.
It's not sustainable; it needs to end right away. If the cartels, which are making billions – the Mexican drug cartels are literally running US immigration policy. It is not the president of the United States.
Tucker Carlson 1:12:44
And corrupting the southwestern US!
This is the last question: Will you succeed in getting a debate with Biden, do you think?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:12:54
I don't know. I don't think it's very democratic to not debate. I hope that he will debate me, and that he'll come out and campaign, because both Trump and Biden are boasting about the economic prosperity that they've brought to our country.
I'm seeing things in this country that I never believed that I would see in the United States. People living in a level of desperation, that I've talked about. One of my closest friends is a commercial fisherman, Keith Amato, who I represented for almost all my career as an environmental lawyer. He's worked hard his whole life fishing out of Wellfleet and Peatown and Chatham. His son in law now owns the fishing business, and he has no pension. He is on full disability; he's had a lot of injuries and damage during his life.
He's collecting food stamps, getting $283 per month. It's critical to his survival. He told me, "I have to switch recipes to be able to get through the checkout line. I have to buy cheaper recipes and get fillers etc."
In the last two years, the price of food has risen, to fund these wars that we're printing money to fund – which means inflation, and that's a tax on the poor. The price of food has gone up by 38%. The price of basic foods, of chicken, eggs and milk have gone up 78%. His food stamps are 78% less valuable.
On March 1 of this year, he got a government robo phone call. The recorded voice voice told him that he was getting his food stamps cut to $23 a month, so 90%. 30 million Americans got that phone call.
That's the same month that we ratcheted up our contributions to Ukraine to $113 billion. The Fed printed 300 billion unanticipated dollars to pay for the failure of Silicon Valley Bank.
We began cutting 15 million people from the welfare rolls. Since then 4 million have been cut from the Medicare roll. There's no money for poor Americans. Because of the inflation, people are living with this desperation.
The average wage in this country is now $5,000 less than the cost of basic goods, of food, transportation and housing. Half of Americans are making up that gap by putting it on their credit cards.
This week, we passed $1.1 trillion in credit card debt, the first time in history. $330 billion of that was added during the Biden and Trump administrations – the two men who are saying, "I'm helping America." A trillion dollars in credit card debt, at 22% interest. If the mafia did that, it would be called loan sharking.
Tucker Carlson 1:16:46
Not dischargeable in bankruptcy by the way.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. 1:16:48
Right? And it can't be discharged.
I'm meeting people, couples who are sitting at their dining room tables and trying to figure out how this math works for them, because they can't. They're having to make choices. People in this country are choosing between food and gasoline, between food and medicine.
Young couples are listening to a little baby crying in the room next door and having to wonder whether that baby is $50 sick or $100, $500 or $1,500 sick, before they bring them to a hospital.
My wife and I were talking about this epidemic of depression and mental illness and anxiety that is afflicting Americans – the deterioration, this sense the wheels are falling off. She said, "That's the way I felt when I was living in poverty. When the engine light came on my car, I knew there was no money to pay for it."
You have all these Americans now who are living hand to mouth. They do not feel that anybody is listening to them in the political process. They feel they've been completely abandoned by the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, and that those parties are now serving elites. Their voices aren't being heard.
In particular the Democratic Party has had this very interesting shift. When I grew up, when my uncle was President, my father was in the Democratic Party, and that was where the people who are poor and the working people were. Today, 70% of the wealth in this country is owned by the Democratic Party, and only 30% the Republican Party. The top 10 richest counties in this country, nine of them 10 are Democratic counties.
There is this shift in wealth that maybe is one of the reasons that Democrats do not seem to be talking to our poor working people anymore. The people that I talk to in my job representing them, there are a thousand families in Columbia County, Ohio, eastern Iowa, Western Pennsylvania, Western West Virginia, whose lives were upended by the Norfolk Southern spill. They are just living in a level of desperation that I'd never thought I'd see in the United States.
My father used to bring us to southeast Washington in the station wagon to meet people who were poor, or take us to the Mississippi Delta or West Virginia to Appalachia or the Indian reservations. He'd always say to us, "These are your people." He said, "The people who are wealthy, the big corporate leaders and titans, they don't need the Kennedys. They have lawyers, PR firms and lobbyists. These are your people."
He came back from the Mississippi Delta one night and said to us – we were all eating dinner, nine of us kids, "I was in a tarpaper shack today. There were two families, and they eat one meal a day. The kids go to bed hungry. When you grow older, I want you to do something about those people." That's one of the reasons I'm running.

Doctors of death
For-profit medicine was historically viewed as inherently unethical. The corporate oligarchy is currently reminding historically illiterate Americans why.

Think I jest?
Stew Peters interviews persecuted Deep State whistleblower Dr. Jonathan McGreevey:
McGreevey accuses Fauci and Bill Gates of seeking bioweapons and planning a depopulation pandemic, which seemed incredible when the interview was first aired in 2021.
Here is McGreevey testifying on camera. He is disabled due to internal burns from being waterboarded with diesel by dirty feds working for Rod Rosenstein, making his voice difficult to hear. His prodigious IQ and warm humanity are still apparent.
Ryan Dark White's "Testimony" to Ty Clevenger & Matt Couch Part I | Rumble
If you don't know how to recognize a high-IQ person, it's because you're not one. For example, active vocabulary is strongly correlated with IQ. McGreevey is the prodigy he claims to be.
To forestall ignorant objections: IQ is one of the most robust predictors in psychometrics. EQ doesn't exist, except as a salve for wounded egos. Perhaps there ought to be a way to measure the wisdom of a soul independently from brain performance, but science hasn't discovered it. For starters, you'd need telepathy.
McGreevey is an example of why the USA is not worth saving. He was a tremendous asset to the feds and an honest patriot, so they destroyed him because they couldn't control him. Even now, conservative American sheeple don't believe McGreevey, because it would implicate them in serving an evil regime, and they believe themselves to be good people. The North Koreans believe they are good people too; both have exactly the government they deserve. Never step between a whore and her pimp; you will be attacked from both sides.
Silence of the lambs
What a symbolic coincidence that both McGreevey and RFK Jr, key witnesses against the Satanic US fedgov, have nearly lost their voices, rendering them inaudible to the masses.

Joan's personal doctor/handler then killed her by damaging her voice box, a method of execution similar to those used by gangs on snitches:
However, the report shows that another procedure, a nasolaryngoscopy (an inspection of the voice box using a spaghetti-thin scope that’s passed through the nose), was performed twice by an ENT doctor not privileged to perform procedures at Yorkville. The report says Rivers was never informed of, or consented to, that procedure.
Snitches are often killed by strangulation, wounds to the throat and head, etc. Symbolic execution demonstrates the power of the gang. Gangs of torturers and murderers tend to believe in black magic.
Hollywood knows exactly how it works, from firsthand experience. A black magic ritual silencing is performed in the Devil's Advocate (1997) by African Satanist Phillipe Moyez:
… I prepared, at Mr. Milton's request, an overview of the Moyez case.
KEVIN
The Moyez case?JUNKIE
Tell her turn that shit down! I know what she's doin'! That's right! Tell 'em take that noise back t'Africa 'fore I –
Stopping instantly because – a WOMAN is standing in the botanica doorway. Her skin is jet black. Her eyes are pale blue. Her hair is white. She holds a live chicken by its feet. The DOG is still BARKING so she slaps it. Hard. Now there is silence.
KEVIN
I'm looking for Phillipe Moyez.
She moves aside. Kevin enters –38 INT. DAHOUMEY BAKA - DAY 38
It's dark. Oil lamps and candles for light. The air thick with incense. Jars and bags and boxes are stacked on shelves everywhere. Powders. Oils. Bones. Skins. Potions. Dried herbs.KEVIN
You're saying he's down here?
(incredulous)
In the basement? In the dark?
BOY (laughing)
Where? Where you think – ? Where you think me taking you?PHILLIPE MOYEZ squatting in the corner. Skinny and intense. His eyes opaque and piercing at the same time. At once unassuming and terrifying. A plastic bag of fresh green roots in his lap. Ghat. Miraa. cocaine. His teeth black from chewing it.
KEVIN
Mr. Moyez?
(as he nods)
We've never met. I'm a lawyer. I'm here about the animals.
MOYEZ
As you wish.
KEVIN
I'll be arguing your case with the city. I need to ask you some questions.
(gets folder)
I've done a little preliminary research – precedent – cases in the past that dealt with Santeria and Vou–
MOYEZ
No. This is not Santeria. We are not Voodoo. Candomble. Obeayisne. None of that. We are much older. Before. Before all of it.
KEVIN
Okay. Is there a name? Or…
MOYEZ
We have papers. At your firm. We have the tax exemption.
KEVIN
Okay. I'll get right into that.
(scribbling away)
The animals. Let's start with that, then.
MOYEZ
We have an investment in blood. Think of it as spiritual currency.
(Moyez stands. Starts slowly across the room.)KEVIN
Look, Mr. Moyez, I'm going to need your help with this.
MOYEZ
Yes. That's very clear.
KEVIN
Perhaps we could start at the beginning?(Moyez, ignoring him, moves to an old refrigerator beside the stairs. For an instant, the door is open – just a glimpse. Meat. Bags of entrails. Jars of blood. Moyez goes to a workbench near the wall –)
KEVIN
Mr. Moyez?
MOYEZ
What is the name of the man who will prosecute us?
KEVIN (scanning file)
Merto. Assistant District Attorney Arnold Merto.
MOYEZ
Bhalla. La chemise noire. Vite!(The Boy already running up the stairs. The sound of NAILS FALLING onto the workbench –)
KEVIN
What are you doing, Mr. Moyez?(Moyez stands aside, wiping his hands on his trousers. A huge beef tongue sits on the bench. The nails are scattered around it.)
MOYEZ
You can go now. You will have all the help I can give you.(Moyez now with a hammer. And the nail. Driving it into the tongue. Kevin backing away, as we –)
DEVIL'S ADVOCATE - Rev. 11/2/96 37. 45 INT. DAHOUMEY BAKA BASEMENT - DAY
Hand-held footage of a police raid. We're running – through a building – New York cops – an animal control officer – through a door – voices yelling – down some steps – into a back yard – people standing –
Here – a scuffle starting – voices rising – the camera shaking – we see Bhalla – and the Woman – and –
There – in the middle, is a goat – on its knees – its throat has just been cut – blood pouring into a pan and Moyez holding its head with one hand – a knife in the other and this positively orgiastic expression on his face, and on that image, we freeze frame.51 INT. MANHATTAN COURTROOM #2 (MOYEZ COURTROOM) - DAY 51
Bench trial. No jury. JUDGE THEO SKLAR and staff. A.D.A. MERTO at his seat. Pam sits with Moyez. Other than that, it's empty.A rump roast slaps down onto a table.
KEVIN (O.S.)
That's a veal roast, Your Honor.U.S.D.A. approved and stamped. Eight days ago, in Kansas City, two men pushed a calf into a steel frame as a third man fired a high- voltage staple-gun into the animal's skull. Men kill animals and eat their flesh. Phillipe Moyez killed a goat. He killed a goat. And he did it at home, in a manner consistent with his religious beliefs.
Now some people may find it bizarre. It's certainly not a religious practice performed by everyone. It's not as common as, say, circumcision. It's certainly not as common as the belief that wine is transformed into blood. It's not even as common as the handling of poisonous snakes to prove one's faith.
But Phillipe Moyez isn't two thousand miles away in a stockyard. He doesn't use electricity to kill. And worst of all…
(holding up the roast)
Phillipe Moyez is not shrink- wrapped.(Merto begins to cough. Quietly at first, but…)
KEVIN
Your Honor, the city timed this police action to catch my client exercising his constitutionally- protected right to religious freedom.(Merto's coughing getting worse as he tries to stop…)
JUDGE SKLAR
This is a law protecting Kosher butchering.
KEVIN
Exactly, Your Honor. And I'd like to move at this time for an immediate directed verdict for dismissal.(Moyez staring a hole in Merto, and the man cannot stop coughing…)
JUDGE SKLAR
I happen to know a little bit about Kashrut law, Mr. Lomax.
KEVIN
I'm aware of that, Your Honor, which is why I feel confident in requesting a dismissal.
JUDGE SKLAR
Mr. Merto?Merto can't speak – wheezing and coughing, as we –
CUT TO:
52 INT. MOYEZ COURTHOUSE HALLWAY - DAY (TEN MINUTES LATER) 52
Empty and dark. Kevin, Moyez and Pam leaving the courtroom. All smiles. Moyez shaking his hand and thanking him, and then, from behind them, the sound of one person CLAPPING –MILTON (coming toward them)
Bravo, Kevin. Bravo.
(as he arrives) Pamela, you're looking lovely.
(to Moyez) Satisfied, Phillipe?
MOYEZ
Always.
– The Devil's Advocate: screenplay
If a man slips a roofie into a girl's drink, that's date rape. However, if he openly shows her an Ecstasy pill, then drops it into the cocktail and hands it to her -- that's consent.
The question is not whether you believe in magic. It's whether you're going to drink your cocktail, pay your taxes, and see how dark the night can get. When you wake up in the afterlife complaining about how you got objectified, all the other victims of democide will laugh at you for memorizing your own serial number like a prisoner, still thinking you were free.
