The "High IQ" argument presented here (if accurate) means that Murica is already a Dead-man walking. Given the current numbers noted from WP Review, this becomes very obvious:
USA - 97.43
Russia - 96.29
China - 104.1
... it is very clear how Brutal the coming Massacres and whatnot are going to be. Especially if (say) the point raised about "what a 90 IQ vs 100 IQ engagement looks like" holds true. The IQ “disparity” is more than 6+ points whilst the population disparity is greater than 4x… this is not a War, this is a Gang R***, nothing more.

The averages don't tell the whole story. It's really Han vs Hajnal European IQ. Han IQ is high, but East Asian performance lags their average due to reasons:
- Visuospatial less helpful than verbal for per capita GDP (La Griffe du Lion argues)
- far less altruism and independence resulting reducing genius and increasing corruption (see Murray's Human Accomplishment)
That advantage in space is overstated (Martyanov makes this clear in his work "The Real Revolution in Military Affairs"). Not really something NATO can depend on any longer.
GDP is one of those made up fantasy numbers which are not relevant when it comes to raw tonnage, volume, etc production numbers. Same goes for GNP and other measures.
As someone who wasted thousands of hours on 4X simulation games (EU4, Hearts of Iron 4, and recently dabbling a bit into Vicky 3) I can say this with confidence:
Wars are won (and lost) by production and economy alone.
You have a point re: the point on less altruism and "independence"... but those (to my multiplayer, numbers brain) are simply "toppings" or sweeteners. Not something I can count on as *stand-alones* to *WIN* me the day against several dozen adversaries.

Re: the point on overstated IQs... perhaps you are correct; but I am simply doing a "If this model is True... here are the implications" -- projection into the future. I do not personally subscribe to the model; merely "finessing" out its implications.
You are welcome to tweak said model (such as: "Maybe Han IQ is 101 instead of 104), but then the outcome is not really staved off much; at best its 2-3 more extra years of gruelling combat, genocide, cannibalism, necrophilia, *insert other war crimes here*.
